2.Question :How does this product work?

Answer :This is 3 In 1 sensor , PIR+24G Radar +Brightness detection .This is a low-power version that first detects humans movement through infrared detection firstly, and then activates 24G radar for detection. Can detect movement or no movement.

3.Question :What version of product this is ? Answer :Current product version is another one newest version ,it is no more _TZE200_5b5noeto ( old batch ) nor _TZE200_2aaelwxk ( old batch). Please understand that ot matter what version is it ,this product's working pattern is same .As long as setting is correct ,sensors can work .If you have any question ,please contact seller firstly.

4.Question :Zigbee2MQTT detected, but I get the error message "Interview failed" ,why ?

Answer : Please ignore this prompt and it will not affect the use of sensor. This bug already fixed . z2m version 2.4.1.2,Bug Fixes:Fix ' failed to interview the device'. Actually the sensor can be added successfully and operating normally on Z2M . In the next version of Zigbee 2mqtt 2.4.1.2, the prompt will disappear.
